my usb blueetooth device not work properly

I am using plantronics voyager 510-usb blueetoth device..

but it says device is not working properly when I installed his driver..

and I search from all forums.. and nobody can succes it.. Some1 tell me to use Broadcom bluetooth driver.. but it is useless... so I need any update for this USB audio device..
