My ATI RADEON HD 2600 XT graphics card isnt 100% on windows 7 as it was on xp pro?

My graphics card isn’t functioning as it was when i had xp pro, it was perfect, but when i put windows 7 ultimate on my PC, the graphics card started playing up, flashing dark red when it shouldn’t do, what do i do now?
