Windows 7 User Submissions

I have been unable to change the level of my security on windows 7.

I subscribed to an online service and it wont activate. When i went thru everything with them it was believed my security level was too high.

Nothing works when i try to change it. This is not the only problem i have had since transferring to windows 7 (it came with my computer) I have had alot of trouble saving pictures and i cant open any of my transferred videos.

Since 7 is not compatible in alot of areas to xp or vista i thought there would be a help site.

I guess its all about the money. Does microsoft make everyone pay to get answers to their simplest questions?
