missing drivers from Windows 7 HP laptop

Hi – had to do a clean install of windows 7 professional (32 bit) on an hp pavilion dv-6757ca.

It now seems to be missing the NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GS device drivers and does not recognize that I have a 15.4″ WXGA High-Definition BrightView Widescreen (1280 x 800). It tells me that I have standard vga graphics adapter.

Anyone know where I get the drivers to recognize my graphics – can’t use any of the aero features, hovering and can’t even use windows dvd program as it says video does not support.

Grateful for any suggestions – Hp “does not support” even though the laptop is only a year and half – have been online to support and download and all drivers etc only go to vista.

thanks!
