Untold time is wasted when WIN7 maximizes a window which when moved, inadvertantly touches the edge of the screen.
I’ll maximize the window myself if I want is maximized (which is rare) Don’t do automatically without my request.
My monitor is black and the desktop image is black at the edges, so it’s easy to move an opened window near that edge. At least let me turn of this (anti)feature.
