You Can Disable Aero Snap

You can disable Aero Snap. Go to Start, enter "Ease" in the search bar, click on "Ease of Access Center", then click "Make the mouse easier to use", then tick "Prevent windows from being automatically arranged when moved to the edge of the screen", then click OK.
