Apr 29, 2010 Rating error message on new toshiba laptop by: Anonymous hold in the number 0 while you turn it on.. that will take you to the restore factory settings option.. that should fix it up.

Feb 05, 2010 Rating Lime by: Anonymous It is window 7 actiavation error .. If possible I would take it back to the store you bought it from. Toshiba does not ship reload disks with the units anymore and being hung in the recovery manager there is not much you can do with it. I would take it back and tell/show them it is dead right out of the box.
