Les. Denning

I have been trialling Windows 7 RC, both the 32 bit and the 64 bit versions.

Having Vista Home Premium already I find Windows 7 is Vista with a new name from the day today user perspective.

Since the RC trial is of the Ultimate version and I would buy the Home Premium version having found the Windows Fax and Scan in the Windows 7 RC a good alternative to the HP software for my HP C5280 that I cannot get to install in Windows 7 (unrecognised OS), I am disappointed to discover on the forum that this useful utility is not included in the Home Premium edition of Windows 7.

To pay 50 more to get Windows Fax and Scan in Windows 7 Professional is not good value for money to me as a home user even at the pre-order prices I am afraid.
