Windows 7 User Submissions

I just had a new computer built with windows 7. I had everything from the old computer transfered over.

One program is key home gourmet which I have been putting in recipes for over 20 yrs.

But when opened it theres gipperish! The computer people say I need to load a up dated program for windows 7 but the program is no longer avaliable.

How can I save and use all my recipes that I have inputted over the years?I have the CD Please help
