Jpeg pictures not showing after upgrading my Allienware from vista to windows 7.

I recently bought the MX17 it came with Vista Ultimate and when the new upgrade came to me I installed it.

Everything worked great except all my pictures when I open up the folder I cant make the image appear on the icon.

Am I doing something wrong? It appears to have a mountain with a sea picture with a small blue arrow at the bottom.

It makes it hard to know which picture I am looking at since they all have this sea picture and arrow. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
