iPhone Errors on WIndows 7

Every time I connect my iPhone to my pc a dialogue box opens and closes about 5 or 6 times....
It says dinotify.exe... Then after that stops the box stays open and it does error reporting because it says NTVDM.exe has stopped working.
ANyone know why it is doing this?
