Internet error with Windows 7

I issued a problem with Windows 7 on more PC's.
First at all those PC's have Realtek LAN.

After a few restarts of the PC the Internet is not working, I mean that that in the taskbar at network it seems like I have net but when I open a browser it says me that i don't have network connection.

Whenever this problem appears the only thing I can do is that i disable the LAN and enable it again. From that point I have net, until a few more restarts.

Does anyone else issued this problem?? Any good solution for this? I tried updating the LAN driver but it does the same.
