Windows 7 installed on a Dell Latitude E6500 goes into infinite recursion (what others are calling “freezing up” as evidenced by the blue circle turning forever) when connected to the internet, when booting up, when shutting down, when using Windows Explorer and any numerous other programs (Windows or otherwise).
This is a very annoying bug and we hope that Microsoft solves it SOON!
