Two things:

Don't type like an idiot, you'll be perceived to be one.

Operating systems are expensive because they are the backbone of your system. Millions of dollars are spent developing them over many, many years.

I'm a South African myself, I know that it's not very affordable. However, the people that complain will find ways to waste money in this country; they are the ones that have an expensive sound system and top of the range mobile phone.
