wheen it was first available, I downloaded it sent it through the ISO program and installed it.
I was amazed that it found every driver,found my wireless home network and all printers including a new HP wireless all in one.
My bluetooth mouse loaded fine and Office 2007 installled without a hitch.
I have been using it as my main operating system onmy Latitude D830 ever since. I did the same when RC 7100 came out.
I have had no real issues with the exception of IE stopping every once in a while.
I have used every version of Windows from NT4 all the way up to this OS, not only at home , but in an enterprise arena.
Frro e, this is by far the best versionI have ever used and dont wwant to go back to Vista.
I tested Vista fr the AF and found it to be slow, unreliable and difficult to explain to the end user. This is going to be a snap.
I want to download the latest and start playing with it as soon as i can.
Does anyone know the cost of the final release?
