I use my computer with Vista/Windows 7 as a Media Center

As a 67 yr old man I have plenty of free time.

I build my pc’s and have for the last 23 yrs.

My current system is
Biostar TA770 A2+ SE
AMD Quad X64 9750 2.4 ghz
8 gig PC6400 800Mhz
2 500 gig HardDrives and 1 750 HD
Blu Ray drive
DVD Burner
Radeon 4670 video card
AverMedia Combo TV tuner card ATSC/NTSC QAM
Acer AL2016W 20″ LCD monitor (1680X1050)
Acer AL2416w 24″ LCD monitor (1920X1200)
With this setup I have recorded over 150 TV SHows/MOvies and have them on DVD’s.

I have had no problems with Windows 7 or Vista and my computer runs great.

With the TV tuner I watch and record 1080 p TV shows/movies also watch Blu Ray movies with no problems.
