i just got a new e-machine with vista

I JUST GOT THIS PC WITH VISTA & DON’T LIKE IT,CAN I CHANGE IT TO WINDOWS 7.

I JUST GOT IT THE END OF JUNE,IT’S A NEW PC THAT WAS DONATED SINCE I HAVE MS.

IT WAS DONATED FROM MULTIPLE S.FOUNDATION
