Windows 7 User Submissions

I installed Windows 7 SP1

To Mr. Onoura & the people who helped me out by offering their feedback, guidance & constructive criticizm with regards to Windows 7.

First I would like to announce. I have been able (through all the assistance I received) install Windows service pack 1. SO Now yes I do have # 1 pack which goes with Windows 7.

Unfortunately, I needed to start from scratch. (meaning un-installing everything down to Windows Basic X 32) in order to solve the install ANY service packs, updates etc. Yes, a real pain but, I learned a lot when doing that task. Then putting it back to re-install. I DID IT!

Now I know why Computer Geeks can command a nice amount per hour.

I found that working, looking,learning,reading & writing down directions as per instructions, for my memory , requires much patients, its tedious, and confusing.

But I geared up tools i.e. books, printed off Windows site for certian directions and after some time the outcome proved my efforts of staying on task , attentive & willing to do the work, I can say my PC is finally behaving & working well.. I learned that computer's & the programs are user friendly but, My advice to anyone who encounters computer and/or the programs.

( in my opinion), preparedness is important, taking the time to do the work, exercising patients, taking breaks, thinking positive makes all the difference.

I am excited to learn more. Learning is Power!
