I have windows 7 PC but there are no inbuilt games freecell, chess, solatair etc!

Dear Sir,

I have procured this new HP PC with "Windows 7 PC" but there are no inbuilt games like freecell, chess, solatair etc!

Can I download these games, not by any other vendor, but the same games that are inbuilt in the Windows Vista and Windows 7.
