i have a problem.... need help

due to constant power failures, my computer got switched off. it happed a few times before i could purchase a inverter.

after it got switched off, the performace of my system has come down drastrically. it there a way to rectify the damage caused by this power failure?

i will be greatfull if anybody can give me a solution.
