Actually Win7 x64 is a very stable and fast O/S but you would need to own something other than an AMD Sempron 180 or a Celeron 230 processor in order to take advantage of Win7's benefits.

Don't use it.
You are not intelligent enough to have a computer.
There are people in third world countries that are using Win7 with no problems.
