I am still waiting for Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit driver

I am still waiting for Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit driver for both my motherboard and TV Tuner.

Asus P5LD2 motherboard needs HD Audio driver
ATI TV Wonder 200 PCI needs a driver also
