Windows 7 User Submissions

I would like to say that it is impressive.

However, I would appreciate a few more "user" tools to analyze and turn-off miscellaneous programs that want to start/run in the background.

For a lot of users, increased speed could be obtained by turning off applications/services that aren't routinely needed.

However, this has to be made much more simpler for the average user.
