how to get recovery disc

im trying to figure out how to get recovery disc i made a set and i waited for the computer said both disc were ok, but the #2 disc is bad and i can;t re load my vista home premiun.
IS THE SOME WAY I CAN GET A SET OF RECOVER DISC ......THANKS
