Windows 7 only have version home, professional, ultimate and 64-bit your specyfication is for vista. windows 7 support up to 8gb

32 bit can access about 3 1/4 to 3 1/2 gigs,depends what graphics u have,the better ur card,the less memory u will have left.Always 3 and a bit tho'
64 bit can access :
* Starter: 8GB
* Home Basic: 8GB
* Home Premium: 16GB
* Professional: 192GB
* Enterprise: 192GB
* Ultimate: 192GB

Also depends on motherboard specs.
