How do I run windows 7 on my VGN-FZ25G?

im using VGN-FZ25g with original windows vista... i tried to change the windows to 7.

But all of my VAIO Software and even my memorystick port, express card port, AVMode and S Button totally lose effectiveness and cause difficulty in use.

How do i make all of the original function work withing using windows 7?
