Bug or feature ?
It is possible to create files with the
same name in a folder. Just try to copy a file to the same folder and it will get the same name....

My scanner software also managed to create folders
with the same name and in the same folder but
with different content....

Bug or feature ?
If you have a large folder with pictures and
delete one or more of the files the
icons remain in the open folder until you
make a refresh of the folder. This takes time
if it is a large folder with many pictures.

My opinion is that when you click yes to
"Do you really want to move this to the trash" the file and icon should dissapere
instantly.
