Frozen Windows 7

iam facing this wierd prob,dont know wat to do...win7 is great wen compared with vista but the prob is my comp is freezing frequently..

i visit forums and they told that the prob is due to h/w requirements...but i dont think so i have a good config..my system config is 2gb ram,160 hdd,9500gt wddm 1.1 with 1gb,...

please give a solution to fix this prob...windows 7 rocks so i want to have my win7 work properly...thanks in advance
