yes yes i also face this problm my windows 7 enterprise X64 bit go hang after randomize time limit
some time it show a solid color background and until i restart PC then its go ok but after some time nmot limit it go back again oh god that stopiest problm in world com history pls help me
i have 64 bit XP also installed but its ok why 7 *((( my all thing are corect in PC

After disabling scanner driver and unplugging the old scanner, presto, no more freezing problem. your problem may also be driver related.

Just recently installed. System freezes after a few minutes, even in safe mode. I'm disabling an HP Scanner for which there isn't a proper driver. See if that 'driver' may be the cause.
