Flashy but unstable

Windows 7 on my new computer was quite impressive at first but now I've had several instances of my computer becoming unstable and having to shut it down.

Usually it happens after coming out of sleep. Web pages flash as the mouse moves over it, apps restart automatically after being closed, and editor apps start receiving an endless supply of keystrokes as if the enter key is held down.

I really hope MS fixes these issues but we all have been hoping for a long time.
