Explorer should bring back the Customizable buttons

I was so disappointed finding out that in Vista, Explorer did not have the option to put Copy, Cut, Paste, Delete buttons on the explorer bar.
This feature alone was worth having the Windows on my machine instead of an Apple OS...So I want to see Windows 7 bring back those options to have a button for the most used funtions of The Windows OS.
Why should I click thru a menu (or use a kb shortcut) to do a simple task such as Delete or Copy?
