Error Messages on Winows 7 Home Premium

There was a problem starting C:\Windows\system32\sshnas.dll
The specified module could not be found

My Dell pc runs on Windows 7 home premium. Every time I logged on the pc, the above message come up.

After I closed the message box, my pc runs as normal.

Please advise how to get rid off this error message.
