You can go to the msconfig tool and disable that item from the startup tab, and it will not show again.

Do a scan with panda active scan 2 go to google
and type above
do this via internet explorer allow program to do what it will ask you to do and do a full scan it may take a while depending on size of h/d

if you do not want to do this
go to a site for repair of pc our laptops and see if they do a remote secure pc to pc log in
and get them to check your pc
and they will get rid of problem for you
I have friends here in Australia that can do this
for you but it will not be free

find some one who can do a remote secure log in pc to pc a computer repair tech will be able to help if you can not fix problem

My Dell pc is protected by McAfee security centre. I have ran McAfee Virtual Technician several times, yet it told me that it couldn't find any problem with my pc

As for the "sshnas.dll" error in the OP, this appears to be a trojan, try running Malwarebytes.org to see if this can remove it/the problem you are getting.
and also do a scan with spybot seach and destroy.org
and with spybot it may ask you to let it do a deep scan of your system if it finds anything
let it do so
