Drivers for wireless with windows 7

Hi!
Just bought a laptop with windows 7. It's dell inspiron 1545 and I wasn't able to connect my wireless router.

Well I was able to connect it really it's just there is no internet access from it.

My router is Belkin G-F5D7230-4 V. 7000
