Desktop Shortcuts Error

Hi Guys

I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate and I'm getting an error with my desktop shortcuts whenever I use my internet explorer.

After I close my internet explorer, I cannot click on my desktop shortcuts.

Do you have any idea how to fix this issue? Thanks
