A program that you installed when you installed your motherboard. Just turn it on, or uninstall the 'app'.

Solution...follow exact order... by: Bren
do this...disconnect your system from the wall power supply...clear CMOS...either remove the battery... or use a CMOS jumper if you have one...or just use a screw driver to touch both connectors...then after about a minute put in the battery...remove the jumper connector if you attached it earleir..and power on your pc...dont forget to remove the jumper coz if you dont u will fry your motherboard...enter in the BIOS adn find the section that deals with your usb keyboard..find it adn enable it...click f10 to save and quit and then let your comp restart again...now press any key when it asks you to...solved....
