Recently my sister has just returned from a month long working holiday in India & she had took her laptop with her, working with Windows 7, while she was there, it crashed out totally, absolutely nothing would come back, it is now back in the UK to get fixed if possible.

Now while she was talking with friends, just when she was ready to come home, One of them is a 'whizz' with computers & works with them, unfortunatley no time for hime to fix it.

He said " Windows is all geared up to crash every 6 months".

Is this the case?????? Does anyone know if this is correct???
