Windows 7 User Submissions

Copy files to usb very slow.

I have been enjoying W7RC1 very much until, I tried to move a few files around from my primary hdd to a usb hdd, 3hrs and 45 minutes to move a 6 gb file, max speed 1mbps droping down to 800kb then stoping for a breather like a enphesemic pensioner!!

I have read about the same problem on vista,no real fixes, tried as many w7 fixes as i could find but ultimately had to download a third party program(Teracopy - works great)

to do something w7 should do better and faster than anything else!!

After all this is a primary function of any OS. I would love to find a fix!! Dave.
