ever since I bought my HP G 62-407 laptop feb 2011(windows 7 home premiun 64 bit) i cannot update, it gives me the code C80003FA error, I've tried everything, and it still doesn't work, suddenly I was able to install some updates, 6 out of 12, but when I open the windows update, it says it has never been updated, the updates appear in update history, but still isn't functioning well, I cannot install explorer 9 nor service pack 1
