Windows 7 User Submissions

I have an HP desktop HP2010i (windows 7) which has been fine for the first 3 weeks, but, recently my Microsoft Office 2007 outlook started hanging up, in that sent messages are staying in the out box and not sending.

I have tried re-installing the program, but, no resolution.

I have contacted my internet service provider, but theie only suggestion is to use another email program.

I would prefer to continue to use ms outlook,and would like to have a resolution to this dilemma.Thank you
