reinstalling the oés, whoops, there is one, should be: reinstalling the oés,2nd character is after which the same issue is still there - other characters show the wrong characters as well
É or é is supposedly a forward slash, go figure

I am not prepared to pay anything for an issue that is clearly either a Microsoft or Gatewayl issue that they should have rectified or resolved prior to shipping the pc

btw, this is an out of box experience
