CDs and DVDs do not open up. I click on the DVD drive E in my computer to open and it either says Not Responding and everything stops working or it responds

CDs and DVDs do not open up. I click on the DVD drive E in my computer to open and it either says “Not Responding” and everything stops working or it responds by loading, but the loading process NEVER finishes.

The CD does not open.

This is a VERY URGENT problem as the CD is crucial for my busniess and I have absilutey no idea about how to make it work.

So please give the solution in proper details. Thank you.
