Can not load my copy of Office 2007

Error 1935. An error occurred during the installation of assembly component (63E949F6-03BC-5C40-A01F-C8B3B9A1E18E).

HRESULT:0X800736FD.
I previously had Office 2010 Beta and didn't like it so uninstall-ed it. I have tried several things including redoing net framework.
