Bugs with the taskbar.

I'm using a Windows 7 premium upgrade which I've had since the release.

I've found a couple of bugs with the taskbar.

Sometimes the taskbar will flicker like a dying fluorescent tube light.

This is simple to stop: all I have to do is minimize the open window and this will stop the flickering.

Also, when I bring my laptop out of the screen saver the taskbar will sometimes disappear altogether.

The only way I have found to sort this is to re-start.
