Trouble Shooter

Hello,
i'm having some problem with my wireless, it could not turn ON, its working when i used XP or Vista but when i upgrade to 7 this happen!.

Im also tried to install Vista driver, or download a new one from broadcom site, but still wont turn ON, the switch was working when i switch to ON/OFF there's an icon on my display.

Is there something that i should/could do?
