Windows 7 User Submissions

Once every couple of times that I boot into Windows 7 my graphics driver and my mouse seem to be completely disabled....

I dual boot Vista 64 bit and win 7 32 bit... Its quite annoying when it does this because I have to restart the computer a whole lot more times tan necessary..

Anyone have any suggestions on how to fis this problem?? Could anyone maybe tell me what they think the error is or any related information?? Thanks in advance for any help!!!
