Boot Disk Error-unable to start windows.

I have windows 7 professional on a brand new quad core PC.

It worked fine up until this afternoon. I shut it down, unplugged everything and moved the machine to a different room.

NOW I get this: Boot Disk Error-unable to start windows. ..

I purchased the anytime upgrades for this machine only 2 days ago, I do not have disks, it was only this morning fully updated.

Hence the move to the other room to hook it to the External 1T HD for a back up.. ugh!!!
