Just use the legit driver of the bluetooth that you have. If not compatible with 7 try to go to its site to have the compatible to windows 7. I have this kind of trouble before and finally solved it after some research.

Hi , try to instal a new(paid) or older version(free)of bluesoleil a
great bt-networking device.

For sure it will find ur bt-dongle .
I had the same problem solved this way
on aspire 3100/win7u.

Install as admin!
