bluetooth not pairing

Hi,

I have Dell inspiron 1545 labtop.
Since I have changed my system from vista to windows 7 and my blue-tooth would not pair or recognize any mobile of any kind, even though my mobile could read the labtop bluetooth but it could not pair with it.

I have downloaded windows 7 upgrade advisor which informed me that my bluetooth driver is certified and working fine.

Please advise asap solution for my problem.
