Dear Windows 7

My laptop (Toshiba with windows 7 installed in it my I purchased it) has got the black screen.

I have tried the method of downloading the BLACKSCREENFIX program and it does not even download before the program is closed because of the problem of the blackscreen.

I live in Bern, Switzerland and bought my computer in December 2009. This black screen I encountered yesterday, Sunday 28 March 2010. Please help me somehow. Thank you,
